About Me

Hi! I am Feby and welcome to my site!  I am a Social Worker and an avid advocate of Sustainable Development.

I dream of a promising world for the next generations to come.  As a member of an Indigenous Community in the Philippines, I always believed that land is life and that we are only stewards of the Earth. I strongly advocate that it is our responsibility to nurture and protect mother Earth.

I love traveling and meeting new friends from different countries and cultures. I am a very passionate woman who loves my family, work, adventure and God.

I created this blog to inspire you to travel and enrich your perception about life. I say that nothing can really beat the feeling of having your passport marked.

I quit my job in 2012 to pursue a job on freelance writing. I absolutely do not regret  the major decision I did because aside from being able to take good care of my children 24/7, I can also volunteer myself to various community and grassroots development work.

As a newbie in travel blogging I still have a huge plan to pursue and many dream places to see.

Traveling to different places and learning about various cultures,  languages and people gives us a sense of power over our lives. It gives us a burning desire to discover and learn more about the world and how beautiful it is.

Traveling is a journey and this is not just about riding airplanes and arriving to different destinations. Rather,  it allows us to discover who we are. It helps us uncover what's missing in our lives. It teaches us to care for things and people that we usually neglect when we are at home.

Traveling helps you discover your hidden shadow and this can be the bad and good things about yourself. It enriches your life and the memories you collect will forever be something that you will laugh about in the years to come.
